Building Permit applications, and Electrical, Plumbing & Mechanical Permit applications.
The 赌博平台市 建筑部门 has many functions which include the receipt and review of applications for permits such as building, 电, 管道, 加热, 暖通空调, sprinkler and mechanical systems; review of related plans; issuance of permits; and conduct of related field inspections. The inspections ensure that the work being performed is in compliance with the current building codes and city regulations.
The 建筑部门 provides the issuance of the following permits:
- 建筑许可 - issued for the construction of new homes, new office buildings, 添加, 改变, 装修, 棚屋, 甲板, 池, 屋面, 站, 车库, 栅栏, 卫星天线, 等.
- 电许可 - issued for the installation of wiring systems in new buildings, 新添加的, 电热, service changes/upgrades, 等.
- 管道允许 - issued for the installation of 管道 systems in new buildings; 新添加的, remodeling of bathrooms, 新热水器, 等.
- 机械许可 - issued for the installation of 加热 systems in new buildings or the replacement of old systems, installation of air conditioning systems, 通风系统, oil tank installations/removals, 火炉, 自动喷水灭火系统, 制冷, 等.
- Certificates of Occupancy - issued upon completion of new construction and major 装修.
